Mishkat Ahmad

CEO

Mishkat Ahmad is a distinguished entrepreneur and travel professional with over 30 years of experience, specializing in the education travel sector. In 2011, he established Vesna Tours with a mission to enhance global learning experiences through tailored travel solutions. As a pioneer in education travel, Mishkat has dedicated his career to creating meaningful opportunities for educators, focusing on international conferences, educational roadshows, study tours, and EMBA residencies in both India and various international locations.

Under his leadership, Vesna Tours has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality programs that facilitate academic growth and cultural exchange. Mishkat collaborates closely with universities, educational organisations and institutions to design immersive experiences that not only meet educational objectives but also inspire participants. His initiatives include organizing study tours that provide firsthand exposure to different industries and cultures, as well as international conferences, roadshows and corporate events in Indian subcontinent, The Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa.

Mishkat’s strong academic background, which includes a degree in Mathematics (Hons.) and a Master's in Tourism, complements his expertise in the travel industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mishkat is recognized for his passionate and honest approach to life. Outside of work, Mishkat enjoys playing cricket and is known among friends and family for his occasional culinary ventures, particularly his love for cooking biryani. His ability to balance personal interests with his entrepreneurial spirit makes him a well-rounded individual and a respected figure in the travel industry.

With over two decades of experience in the global travel and events industry, Muskaan Gairola leads Vesna Tours with a vision rooted in cultural insight, and purposeful travel. As Director, she spearheads the company’s global business development and marketing initiatives, forging strong partnerships with universities and institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific

Muskaan holds a professional degree in Travel & Tourism Management from the International College for Girls, IIS University, Jaipur, and brings a deep understanding of academic mobility, cross-cultural immersion. Her expertise lies in aligning institutional objectives with travel logistics and cultural relevance — enabling universities to offer programs that are not only well-executed but deeply enriching

A passionate globetrotter with a keen eye on emerging markets, Muskaan approaches her work with empathy, strategic clarity, and a people-first mindset. Known for her warmth, precision, and creative vision, Muskaan approaches her work with empathy and enthusiasm. She believes deeply in the power of global education, cultural exchange, and transformative travel. Her personal interests — including art, wellness, fashion, and storytelling — reflect in her dynamic leadership style and holistic worldview.

In addition to her role at Vesna Tours, Muskaan is also the founder & CEO of Vesna Event Crafters Pvt. Ltd. and the visionary behind VEC Queen of India — initiatives that further expand Vesna’s identity as a global brand, celebrating creativity, confidence, and connection across cultures
